Room For Rent - Right By UWM Campus

My current roommate is moving out by August 1st, so I am looking for someone to take their place and continue the lease with me. The lease runs until mid-May of 2025. It is a cozy two-bedroom unit in an apartment building located a stone's throw away from UWM! Living room, hallway and both bedrooms are carpeted, while the kitchen, dining area and bathroom are (I believe) wood laminate. Both bedrooms also have walk-in closets. Living room is mostly furnished and decorated, but I would love to redecorate so that the common areas are comfortable and reflective of everyone.

A little bit about me! My name is Michael. I am a 31-year-old musician who moved to Milwaukee a few months ago from Lake Geneva. I moved here for the purposes of being closer to the LGBT community I had found a home in over the past couple years, as well as to further pursue my dream of being a performing musician. I pride myself on being a clean, laid back and relatively quiet roommate, despite my musicianship. :) I equally enjoy a night out at my favorite LGBT bar, just as much as a night in on the couch with my partner and a horror movie marathon.
