Hello,
I own a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house and am looking to rent out the bedroom on the main floor. It is 90sqft, and is right off the main living area. I do have quiet hours in place to help the person in there, and I am willing to adjust those based on your preference. I have a dog and my other roommate has a cat,, so I would prefer not to add another one into the mix.
