Small Room in Edmonds 10x10

I have a small spare bedroom available and am looking for a roommate. The room is upstairs. The shared bathroom is also upstairs, there is a half bath downstairs in the laundry room.

This is a small townhome in a mostly quiet small complex. The kitchen is small.

I may consider a dog but have a very territorial semi feral cat so no other cats please.

You will need to have steady reliable income. This will be on a trial basis for 2 months then if mutually agreeable you will be added to the lease through May 2025.

Located in upper northern Edmonds area, close to buses if needed.

Rent is $1000/month and includes water/garbage and electric. Bring your own Wi-Fi or we can negotiate.

I need a roommate that cleans up after themselves right away, clean as you go policy.

Basic $30 background check will be run for criminal activity only, I don't care about your credit score.

Absolutely no drunks or drug users. No smoking allowed. No overnight or overly frequent guests.
