Room 2: 50 Yr. old Male/Chef (He’s there for 4 days and gone for 10 days) that is who you would be sharing a bathroom with, so most of the time the bathroom is yours exclusively. Room 3 (Available) Furnished bedroom w/ Queen size Bed, nightstand, and dresser. $860 for 1 Year Lease. Move in Deposit of $450, where $150 will be used for cleaning once you vacate. There is a $65 background check, which will be reimbursed to you on your first month rent.
You have complete access to the house. It's much better than an apartment. The house also has an E-Charger for your vehicle.
This is a great location. Three blocks away is Beautiful Park and Lake Meridian (photo included). Fishing (one of the roommates loves to fish there, other Water Activities, Bar-B-Queing, Walking area, Large Grass areas to just lay in the Sun.
We are located in a closed in neighborhood. One way in , one way out. Very Quiet. You'll be 5 minutes from Hwy 18.
