Two 10x15 rooms available:
- rent per month is $900, internet included
- the people in these two rooms will share a full bathroom

- Utilities/water will be split by the number of people in the house. I will be living in the basement.
- Renters will not be allowed to have pets, but I do have a cat.
- Background check required
- All renters will sign a lease
- First + last months rent + refundable security deposit required
- Prefer young professionals in their 20’s-30’s like myself and my other tenant

This house is three levels, with a deck and a fenced backyard. You will have access to the living room, family room, kitchen, laundry room, and deck on the main floor. I will be living in the basement of the house.
Clean, quiet neighborhood with a lot of street parking availability.
Shared living spaces have been furnished.

Current tenants:
One male and one female, early 20’s. We enjoy spending our time outdoors, kicking back and watching TV, and grabbing the occasional drink at new places in Vancouver.
