Renting a furnished bedroom within a 3br/2.5 ba townhome conveniently located right off the interstate at Newtown Rd and Virginia Beach Blvd and Princess Anne. The room will come with a queen sized bed, dresser, adjustable standing desk, tv, entertainment stand, mini fridge and freezer, and over-fridge-shelf. Much of the decor and small items that are pictured will all be cleared from the room prior to move-in. There is a lot of things to do in the area and convenient walking locations as well as public transportation. Bills will be included except for optional Verizon WiFi that will be 20 extra dollars a month. The home consists of the resident landlord couple, their dog, and one other senior resident. Parking consists of street parking as well as one FCFS private parking spot located behind townhome with access to inside from the back. Everyone is kind, considerate, respectful, quiet, and there are no drugs or alcohol allowed on the property. Looking for a roommate who cultivates the same qualities and does not party or bring strangers over, etc.
