Room available in Ashland VA

A small house at the edge of Ashland, built in the 70’s, right off the railroad tracks and about 6 minutes away from Randolph Macon College. Quiet neighbors. 1 bedroom is available, 9’x10’ with 2 windows, 2 outlets, and a small closet. 1 bathroom with a small washer and dryer (there’s a laundromat down the road i use as well), a nicely sized living room and kitchen, and a good sized backyard(not fenced in).

My name is Sophie and I’m looking for a roommate to assist with rent and caring for the house and property until I am financially stable. I am 21 years old, quiet, don’t smoke/drink, respectful, and enjoy nature. My boyfriend will also be moving in soon, and he is very much like myself. I have several animals, including aquariums, non-venomous reptiles, a bird, and 2 cats. Because of the animals I ask that there is absolutely no smoking indoors.
