The current tenant is an older professional. Seeking a non-smoker friendly professional to occupy at least one other room. No pets allowed.

There is a large backyard that's available for use by the tenant and the house is located just a few minutes walk from Trader Joe's and other restaurants/coffee shops. There are also several bus routes nearby for easy access to DC.
