Shared kitchen available for full use all pans and dishes available for use. Washer and dryer available. Two refrigerators to store personal food. Driveway available for parking one vehicle per tenant. Additional parking on street. One full restroom available upstairs and half bath downstairs. No pets allowed. Deposit is first months rent. Utilities would be split per tenant and owner. Three rooms have full size bed included and one room has either two twin beds or can be put together as a king bed.
