Hi, I am listing one of my rooms for rent in my house. I am in Bellaire 7 min from Meyerland, 5 minutes away from NRG, 10 minutes away from the medical center and the Houston Zoo, and 15 minutes away from downtown. Renting a room from me comes with your own parking space as I have a two car garage as well as your own bathroom. The room will be available by July 7th 2024 for move in and move out date will be Nov.1st.
Below are the list of rules we both will follow:
• No parties during the weekday M-Th
• Guests can't stay longer than 5 days or they pay additional rent
• We each have our own laundry days.
• At minimum rinse your dishes after use
• If you eat my food replace it.
• No smoking inside. No candles
• Keep common areas clean (Living room, Kitchen, Guest bathroom, Media Room)
• You break it, you replace it.
• No smoking inside the house. Outside or back patio is fine
• Be respectful of each other's space and notify the other if you have guests over
• Close the garage door when you leave.
• Don't put dirty dishes back
• All trash must be put in a trash bag.
