The property has in-unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The property has a large backyard filled with fruit trees. The property has shared driveway parking and there is plenty of street parking available.

This is 6 months lease, and there will be an option to extend once lease expires. The other tenants are clean and respectful.

The share of the rent will be $1200 before utilities. (Utilities is around 150-200).
