Rental terms:
• Available for Single Occupancy only; interested in 6+ months
• Security deposit is one month rent
• Electricity, gas, water, Internet, and cable TV will be split monthly (~$100 per month)
• No overnight guests please (exceptions can be made if arranged in advance)
• No smoking, nor drugs (marijuana for recreational purposes or medical reasons), nor pets (owner is allergic to it).
• No Airbnb or subletting
• Prefer a roommate that works away from home normal business hours during the day.
• A proof of income and credit check will be completed after initial discussions

About me:
• I am retiring, and am looking for someone who is mature and responsible, quiet, clean, and trustworthy
• I am looking for a respectful roommate who does not bring the party home and has a stable income
