Vacancy at the Ghetto Mansion of NP

Deets about the room and house:

The house was two separate homes that have been combined into a single family residence. We have a huge front yard, huge backyard, pool table, large family room with plenty of couches to get comfy on and just lounge around. There are six bedrooms in this house, so you will have to deal with five roommates. The room that could be yours is located on the second floor. The room measures around 13x12 ish.

Deets about the roommates:

We have an eclectic group of people that live at the ghetto mansion. The age ranges from 27-34, so we are young professional household. We currently have 3 guys and 3 girls. So, there is a pretty good balance of gender and age. We hope to keep it that way, we are currently looking to keep the gender balance, but if you seem like a chill person, I am obligated to show you the house. We want our next housemate to bring good energy and positive mentality to the house. We are a community based living style. We all come from different walks of life. We have one person hailing from San Diego, one from So Cal (she is the one leaving), one from Louisiana, Jersey, Indiana and Nor Cal. We are a chill group of people and enjoy the life that we have established at the ghetto mansion. We use the house as a place to recharge and relax. So, not much of a party house but we know how to have a great time. Especially during the Pandemic. We are considering dogs as well. All dogs must be well behaved and house trained, we have a doggy door which leads to a enclosed backyard. There is a house dog already on the premises. If you have a pet, there will be a meet to determine if they will be able to hang. That could a determinate factor as well. So, just be aware.

Deets about you:

First, we are looking to keep the gender balance(girl is departing). That being said, I will not exclude other candidates from the interview process, especially if the seem like they have the characteristics that would add positivity
to the household and roommates. Yea, that's about it. So, sell yourself well on the email. Any Social media would be appreciated.

Deets about costs:

You will be on a month to month lease, which makes things easy if you need to leave. I just require 45 days notice prior to your anticipated departure. I will be running the a first round of interviews and the best candidates will be voted on for the room.

The room will be available July 1st (15th at the latest), it is important that you know that if you get the room, you will be responsible for the entire rent for that month regardless of the day you actually move in.
Utilities = 80-140 p/p/m (average monthly base is 111, based off the previous two months)

Move in costs: First, Last, and Security deposit: This equates to 775/775//250; The security deposit is refundable. Total: 1800
