Hi, we’re a couple working from home in a great location in the Short North. We’re currently looking for a housemate to share our lease on a large, 3 bed/3.5 bath house near High St. We love this location and don’t want to move - but we currently have a Master Bedroom, with an Ensuite Bathroom & Carpeted Loft, sitting empty on the second floor.
This is a large space that would work well for one person or a couple, and we’re hoping to extend this lease for a year. The space is walking distance from High St, and the house has a fenced backyard as well.
We’re a chill couple in our mid-30s, working from home with our two friendly, well-trained cats. We’re friendly, always pay rent on time, and are happy keeping to ourselves.
