Room Available in 4 Bedroom **Very Spacious** Apar

Looking to fill 3 rooms in the apartment I live in. This space does not including utilities, but it's a very spacious in Ozone Park, Queens. I have 1 pet cat and no additional pets are allowed. She's very calm, and friendly.

There is 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room & living room.

There is no laundry in the building and it's a 4th floor walkup but there's a laundromat a few blocks away, and we're a block and a half away from Stop N Shop, 3 blocks from the library, and about 5 blocks from the A train. The J train is about 7 blocks away. There are a ton of busses all around our area.

Riis Park is very close by bus as well as the Rockaway beach is a 20 minute bus ride. Very accessible to many locations.

About me:
I in my mid 30's, and work as a Case Manager for a non profit. I'm also an online student studying social work.
My roommates are moving out because one can't afford it, one moved in with her boyfriend, and one I'm not sure about yet.
We would mostly communicate through text if something needs to be done in the apartment or what we owe each other to pay for utilities, since we each have a utility bill that comes to us.

Two complete current bank statements
Government issue ID
landlord reference letter
2023 full tax return
You must sign the lease for this apartment for the duration of a year - 8/1/24-7/31/25.
