June Sublet- private bathroom, garden, W/D

The room is in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom with private garden. You’d most likely have a bathroom to yourself throughout your stay. The apartment is newly renovated. South-west facing and gets great natural light. It’s on the ground floor but we almost never hear noises from upstairs neighbors! There’s a shared common space with open-plan kitchen and living area. Also, a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and central heat and AC in every room.

The room has three windows, overlooks the private garden, has a large closet, and gets fantastic light. Option to have it with simple furnishings (single bed, desk, beside table, etc) or unfurnished.

On the Ridgewood/Bushwick border, 7 mins walk to the Myrtle Wycoff L/M, 30 mins to Union Square.

Utilities are additional.

Looking for someone considerate, easy to communicate with, on the cleaner side, cat friendly - there's one senior kitty (sorry, no other pets).

Please no vapers/smokers of any kind, also please no dryer sheets, incense, or plug-ins. TIA!
