Agreement: You will need to sign an agreement, and rent and the security deposit are required to move in. Note, I'm open to prorating the rent depending on your move-in/move-out dates.

She has her own bedroom and bathroom, works full-time, and takes classes after work so it tends to be quiet in our apartment. We both appreciate kindness and like to keep things neat, clean, and tidy, and hopefully you do too! Ideally, you should be mature, clean up after yourself, communicate clearly, and be kind and considerate of others.
