Located just a 5 minute walk from the NW train in Astoria, this room is part of a duplex where we have both the first and second floor. Large full kitchen, two full bathrooms, large living space, front porch. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, on a side street of residential homes, multiple stores, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

We are three men in our late 20s early 30s. We keep a tidy house, 1 actor, 1 fitness employee, 1 dog walker. Our house is relatively quiet, we’re not loud, not a party house, we occasionally have guests but they usually stay in our rooms.
