The apt is on the 3rd walk up floor. Close to R/M/N/W 15 min subway ride to Manhattan There is tons of restraurants, coffee shops, stores, bars within walking distance Laundromat is one block away. The neighborhood is safe and very convenient location close to everything There is also a rooftop that you can enjoy with a view of the city.

The room: Fully Furnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Astoria. The room comes with a twin size bed, mattress, a walk-in closet, desk.

Due to the railroad style of the apartment layout, please note that this room connects with another room which provides the only passage for getting to/from the common area.

The kitchen is fully equipped. You have all the amenities. The living room is fully furnished.

You will be living with me and another roommate. I am a data analyst and 30 years old. Another roommate, Olena, works in retail industry. She is in mid- twenties. I’ve lived in the apartment for three years and I absolutely love it. I like to keep the communal spaces clean and organized as much as possible

About you: looking for a female roommate ( in their twenties/early thirties ) who has financial stability working full time not working from home preferred and is a clean, quiet and respectful roommate and keeps the party outside the apartment because this is a quiet and calm home.
