Room For Rent

Private room (about 120 sqf) available per immediately in a furnished apartment in the Upper Town. The room is available for long-term.

The room has a window that looks out to the fire escape and comes furnished with a loft bed, a desk and a chair. You would share 1 bathroom and an eat-in kitchen with a female and a male roommates in 20s-40s. Preference goes out to a male or female mid to late 20s-40s.

Rent is $1,600 plus about $100 for uts, coned, wifi., cleaning.

Easy going, friendly living environment. The apartment is generally quiet so you can enjoy a good night's sleep. It's walking distance from Astor Place (15 min), Union Square (20 min) near to NYU.

Preference goes to someone who plans to stay in NYC for at least 6 months. To move in you pay 1st month and 1 month deposit. It's month-to-month with two months notice (60 days, first of month) if you decide to move.

The room is for one person only, no couples please. No pets. Proof of income is requested.

Proof of ability to pay is requested along with authorization to run a background check at your expense estimated at $43. A guarantor may be needed if you do not have sufficient credit history.
