Looking for roommate, 2 bed 1 bath, big room

On 39th and 3rd, close to Grand Central, gyms, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Rent is $4k/month total, so $2k per person. The room is large, fitting a queen or king bed, desk, and dresser, and has a small closet. My room is slightly larger so I cover wifi.
Kitchen is small but functional, with full stove/oven, fridge, counter space, and plenty of cabinets. No dishwasher.
1 bathroom with full tub and some storage space behind the mirror.
Washer/dryer in basement.
Living room with couch/ottoman and TV stand.
2 closets in the living room/hallway.
1st floor unit, no doorman. Bedrooms are in back of the apartment, so not much noise from the street.
12 month lease.

I'm 23 (24 in December), working a job in Midtown. I work from home usually 2 days a week, and the rest in office. My hours are long, so I'm usually either away from the apartment or on my computer at home.
