Looking for 1 new roommate in apartment in UWS/Manhattan Valley (not an owner or leaser, I live there lol).

Move-In starts July 1st for a year lease,
but since its really soon we're open to a mid-july move-in with us covering some of the rent for that month!

Super close to Columbia, 1 Train, and both Riverside/Central Parks!

Includes in-unit clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, plus lots of windows and natural light. 3 bed, 1 bathroom.

Rent is $3,950 split 3-ways, can split evenly or based on room and stuff (we can talk about this.)

1 months rent for a security deposit ~

Will need standard documents like ID, proof of income (paystubs, tax docs), guarantor documents/signature if needed.

Shes out at work during most of the week, super sweet & helpful, had good food/bar recs

We're both pretty neat & keep things clean, not super crazy about it though. We have wildly different schedules so one of us is usually around or awake. Generally not bothered by noise or guests or anything!
