No laundry in the building but there are inexpensive wash & fold services nearby and many laundromats in the vicinity.
The apartment is in a great area in the Lower East Side, 5 minute walk from the 2nd Ave and Essex subway stops. Very close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Dimes Square, SoHo and close to cute coffee shops and great nightlife.
I am looking for a chill and respectful flatmate. No pets. You’ll be living with a professional female, NYU grad in her 30s who is clean and respectful, . Rent is $1875 plus utilities ($60-$90 depending on usage) +$1875 deposit. The room is available July 1 for short term (July & August) or longer term (up to 1 year) flexible starting date.
