The apartment is located in a huge historic building that takes up the whole block. There is a 24 hour doorman, three newly renovated elevators and brand new laundry units on each floor. Neighborhood is amazing. Tons of restaurants and bars. Trader Joe's is a 10 minute walk on Spring Street and a CVS downstairs. It's an active area, a few blocks away from Washington Square.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and dishwasher. Heat and hot water included. Utilities are shared between roommates: WIFI, electric, and a cleaning service once a month. There is a central AC in the unit.

Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to fill a private room. The room has two closets and two windows. It faces Bleecker Street.
I’m a 27y/o female flight attendant so most days I am not home and I need a responsible, respectful, CLEAN, and cat loving roommate. I’d love someone who can keep an eye on my sweet cat when I’m away. Dogs or cats welcome!
When I’m home I like to watch TV to unwind or play guitar/piano.
Id prefer to have a friendly relationship with my roommate and hoping to create a home.
