I'm subletting my room from August 9th to August 25th. Price is $1600 for the entire period or $110 per night if shorter stay.
The room comes fully furnished: bed, desk, chair, external monitor, and built-in closet. AC and heating are also in the room (no centralized system).
You'll be sharing the bathroom with two more roommates. Kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher and oven. In-unit washer and dryer.
The building is located at the center of Wall St, it's 5 min or less from all subway lines and ferry. It has all amenities you may want: doorman, mailroom, gym, lounge, sky-lounge, rooftop.
