East Harlem - Room For Rent (August 2024–2025)

About the apartment — Located in East Harlem, near the 6 train and a few blocks away from 2/3 train with dishwasher, W/D in unit, and remote controlled A/C and heat units in each room. The room is in a 3 bed, 1 bath unit on a fifth floor walkup (w/ four flights of stairs). A few blocks from a Whole Foods, with a Trader Joes and Target going up as well! The apartment gets a lot of sunshine and we love to keep it clutter-free! Open communication, mutual respect, and cleanliness are highly valued.

About the roommates — Ashley (29)--a recent law school grad, and Faith (25)--working at a nonprofit in the city, have both lived in this apartment over the last year. We're both clean, considerate, and courteous roommates, and lookin.

More info— Move in 8/1. The room can come partially furnished with a bed, if wanted. Looking to sign on a renewed lease which would end August 1, 2025.
