Room available in chinatown

Looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom apartment in Chinatown, near the Little Italy border. Unfortunately it's a sixth floor walkup, but otherwise is reasonably priced and in a great location! I am relatively easy about who I'm looking for, and am willing to accommodate a couple (particularly if we can renegotiate pricing to split the rent three ways or something close). Unfortunately the landlord doesn't allow pets, but ESA should be allowed. My only significant ask is that any roommates keep alcohol out of common areas. I am flexible about people who drink out of common areas and especially outside of the apartment, but think it is at least important to me to keep out of the shared areas. No laundry in building, but there is a laundromat right next door.
