Private room (about 120 sqf) available per immediately in a furnished apartment in the East-Village (273 East 3rd ST, corner Ave C). The room is available for long-term.

The room has a window that looks out to the fire escape and comes furnished with a loft bed, a desk and a chair. You would share 1 bathroom and an eat-in kitchen with a female and two male roommates 20s-50s. Preference goes out to a male or female mid to late 20s-40s.

Rent is $1,158.50 plus about $100 for uts, coned, wifi., cleaning. Total about $1,259.

Easy going, friendly living environment. The apartment is generally quiet so you can enjoy a good night's sleep. It's walking distance from Astor Place (15 min), Union Square (20 min) near to NYU.

Preference goes to someone who plans to stay in NYC for at least 6 months. To move in you pay 1st month and 1 month deposit. It's month-to-month with two months notice (60 days, first of month) if you decide to move.

The room is for one person only, no couples please. No pets. Proof of income is requested.
