Looking for polite and tidy Roommate

My Roommate and I are looking to fill a medium sized room in our south slope, 3 br apartment in Brooklyn. We are looking for someone who cleans up after themself, who is considerate, likes to joke around, has pretty consistent work, and willing to do about an hour of cleaning in the communal space every 2-3 weeks. Daquan and I are both nice guys and from Brooklyn, so we’d be happy to show you around. It’s a really great area to live, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, friendly diverse neighbors.
