Furnished Room w/ Private Bathroom

Hi girls! My name is Aurora and I am looking for someone to sublet my room!

Details: My room is fully furnished with its own private bathroom! Also it has direct access to a private backyard just for our apartment. We live on the bottom floor of a brownstone in Ocean Hill Brooklyn! We live a 5 min walk to Broadway Junction which has the A, C,L, J,Z lines! We also live right next to a big park with open turf space, a playground, and a skatepark. Our apartment has in unit laundry with a dishwasher, all stainless steel appliances. I have 2 roommates but one lives in the basement so it really feels like it's just 2 of us. Lindsey, who lives in the basement has a dog but the dog is not allowed upstairs in the living room/kitchen/common area. My roommates are Alivia and Lindsey, both very kind, lovely ladies. Rent is $1300 a month plus utilities. My room is available July 1-October 13 (I'm an actor away on contract) I'm looking for someone for the whole time but I'm also open to doing multiple shorter sublets depending on who needs what.
