Spacious bedroom off of Franklin Ave (Near2,3,4,5)

My roommate is moving out next month, so I am looking for someone to start August 1st (exact date is flexible). The apartment is newly renovated and has a living room and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The room has a large window and will come unfurnished but with and AC unit available.

Great location; laundromat, groceries, tons of awesome bars, restaurants, cafes all at walking distance. 2/3/4/5 trains are only a block away (no train noise in the apt) and will get you to the city quick. The S train shuttle will also connect you to the A/C trains in just minutes. Right near the Brooklyn Museum & Prospect Park.

The rent is $1500/month, utilities (internet, electric, gas) average ~$75 a month. Heat & water are free. This can be paid month-to-month with a minimum notice of 1 month given on the 1st in case you need to move out. A deposit of $1500 is required (to be paid back in full when you leave).

About me: I am a 29 year old male working in sales. Grew up in Italy and strong interests include: collecting vinyl, biking and travel. My ideal roommate is someone of a similar age who works full time and is clean & respectful.
