Apartment has 2 full-sized bathrooms and a 2nd balcony off of the living room. Laundry in-building. 4th floor walk-up (the roof is beautiful though!).
Located 10 mins from Crown-Heights/Utica subway (3/4 line) near Eastern Pkway. A solid park is nearby, grocery store and laundromats within walking distance.
Landlord requires that each roommate makes 40x the rent of their room and a credit score of 650+. Guarantors welcome.
About us: we're siblings, of us is a cis woman (30), the other is a trans/nonbinary person (27). pretty clean, we're friendly but busy.
