Can come EITHER furnished or not furnished.

You MUST be able to stay until October 31, 2024. After that, you will be given the option to renew the lease under your name or move out.

The management supports The Guarantor program if you have a credit issue.

You can either do a private contract with me or directly apply through the management. But you will have to pay $400 for the lease break fee.
No credit or income requirements if you contract with me but I require $1150 first month rent and another $1150 last month rent.

There is a full bathroom located right next to your prospective room. There are two full bathrooms in this apartment.

The common area is furnished with a sofa, TV, and storage.
Bikes can be stored in the basement.
Laundry and dryer are available in the unit.
Dishwasher included

Central AC is recently renovated and works well to cool down the entire apartment.

Pets are considered case by case.

The room itself is incredibly bright with a south-facing huge window. The built-in closet is in the room.

If you choose to do a furnished option, you will have the following in your room:
1. Ikea Loft bed twin size
2. Either a desk or a single couch
3. Dresser

All other items may be removed.
