Seeking a flatmate to share a 2br apartment in Crown Heights, between Atlantic Avenue and Eastern Parkway. Available 7/1, 7/5 or 7/15

Right in the middle of the 3 train and the AC trains. Multiple laundry and grocery options less than a block away.

The apartment has high ceilings which makes it feel a bit spacious and airy. I don't have many things and prefer to keep the living space, kitchen and bathroom uncluttered and tidy. The room available has one window, it is 15' long x 9' wide, unfurnished with 2 closets. Shared bathroom/kitchen/living space. Utilities included.

I am a male working in the arts. Interests include fitness, antiquing, cooking, keeping my plants alive, art, and exploring this lovely city we call home. Occasionally, I have to work from home. For this reason, unfortunately, I do not have many guests over for socializing. No frequent overnight guests please.
