Hi! I am moving and unfortunately have to give up my incredibly spacious apartment.
It's huge and I've been able to make one bedroom a proper bedroom, the other an office, and the basement area a living room area. There’s a laundry room onsite and 1.5 baths.

The move in date is flexible, but would like to move forward with a date in July. If interested in extending lease, management will work with you. Shout with questions. 😊

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and love it. There’s a park nearby that I take my dog to, lots of friendly neighbors, great parking out front, coffee shops, subways/busses, and stores all in walking distance. It’s not too far from Fulton which is perfect.
