The living room and kitchen is an open plan with a large, bright skylight. Both are fully stocked furnished and stocked. The apartment has central heating and AC with thermostat access.
The apartment is on the top floor of a three-flat building. (Free!!!!!) laundry, a dedicated storage unit, and bike storage are in the basement. There is also a shared backyard with a firepit, table, and grill. We both work in the arts. I'm 24 and roommate, Jen, is 30, and we’ve both been living in New York for the last two years!
