Room for Rent in Bushwick

We have a room for rent in Bushwick, just a 5-minute walk from the J line. The room is in a two-story house, located on the second floor. It is part of a shared apartment with four bedrooms and one bathroom. The building has a washer and dryer in the basement, and there is access to the backyard.

Currently, there are three women living in the house, ages 25 to 35, along with a 10-year-old cat (so we cannot accept any more pets). The room for rent is spacious and has two windows. It has a door that opens into the shared living room and kitchen.

We are looking for another woman or queer person to join us. We are 420 friendly.

Rent:

• $1200 per month
• Plus deposit
• No broker fee
• Electricity and internet are paid separately
