Rooms for July & August in Bushwick!

Hi! So this is a spacious upstairs townhouse apartment in Bushwick! I can honestly say the pictures I took don’t really do it justice.

4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. I know the 1 bathroom thing sounds nuts, but I’ve lived here for 4 years and you’d be surprised how easily it works out. Currently there are 4 guys living here — 1 girl roommate is living in Montana temporarily. We also have a cat, named Myla. She is low maintenance. Our apartment does not smell like cat lol.

We currently have one room available on July 1st, and possibly another, larger room available on August 1st. Everyone who lives here is extremely laid back. We want someone who respects all personalities and can mesh well with introverted as well as extroverted people. Easy-going, very relaxing environment and we would like to keep it that way. We also would love someone who maintains good personal hygiene and is clean. We are LGBTQ+ friendly. There are a lot of times where it will feel like you have the entire place to yourself.

Ideally we want someone who can commit to a full 6 months. A full year would be fantastic, but renting this room is technically a sublet. Open to month-to-month as well.

Heat and electricity included in the rent! Wifi runs at about $17pp, we have a cleaning service who cleans all common areas 2x a month @ $30pp. We all split the cost of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags, etc. We also have a TV and every streaming service under the sun available to you.
