Room Available in House with Backyard

Hello!

I'm Sam (27), a Designer from Hong Kong. My roommates are Eve (25), the general manager at a climbing gym and Chello (28), a professional photographer. Eve and Chello are a couple and live on the first floor. I live on the second floor, and you will be sharing a bathroom with me.

We have been living in this home since 2022. Since one roommate is moving out, we are looking for a fourth roommate to join us in signing a lease for a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1,920 Square Feet home in Bushwick. Your room is large with one closet and two windows, facing the backyard. It is quiet and sunlit during the afternoons. We are actively looking for a roommate that can sign the lease today.

We are friendly and easy-going people. We keep the house clean and often spend time together cooking dinners or going to the beach. We love to make friends but also enjoy our alone time at home.

As roommates, we value open communication, kindness and teamwork. We each contribute to make our home cozy and welcoming.

I have a rescue dog named Lily. She is a fearfully aggressive dog, and she will be put into a board-and-train program by the end of 2024. Lily will be kept inside my room with the doors closed. When in communal spaces, she will wear a muzzle. We are looking for someone who is comfortable and has the patience and awareness to be in the same home as Lily. It will take time for her to get acquainted with you.
