Howdy! My roomie and I are both photographers looking for a third creative and queer-friendly person to join our homey Bed-Stuy apartment. We have one bedroom available in our four bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The fourth bedroom has been converted into a shared office space which you’d be sharing with me along with one of the bathrooms. The apartment comes with amenities such as AC, central heat, and a dishwasher; our living room and kitchen is also already fully furnished! It is a very reliable building, and management is excellent and timely about unit maintenance and upkeep. Our roomie that’s leaving will also leave his bed and frame if desired. We are located just 2 blocks from the J train and a 15-minute walk from the A/C train. The block is also very very quiet, which has been a huge plus!
