Room close to botanical garden and Fordham

I am moving out in July and looking for someone for getting the room and share the expenses with my roommate/tenant.

For rent is a large private room, fully furnished with a memory foam mattress (that's had a protective cover from day one), a 4k tv, a beautiful desk and designer chair. The room is in a 5th floor walk up apartment, but has a washer/dryer in the large kitchen, that you'll have full access to.

The apartment is minutes from the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Across the street there's a 24/7 supermarket. The place is close to the 4, D Bedford Park Blvd train stations, and 5 minutes from the Botanical Square Metro North station (which gets you to Grand Central in 20 minutes).
