I am looking for 3 female roommates to share my just completed home. Layout is 3 bedrooms plus loft and laundry upstairs. Primary Bedroom has huge closet and bathroom. Additional 2 rooms have walk in closets plus large shared bathroom.. Loft is good sized.

I live in the downstairs gen suite with own laundry, living and kitchen. My kitchen does not have an oven and entry is thru garage so I do use the down stairs sometimes.

Prefer 3 chill women who are clean and responsible. Please respect the house by having yourself and friends remove outside shoes off when entering. I have housekeeping service a couple times a month included for the loft and bathrooms. Electric locks on bedrooms are installed if you need them. All utilities are included and I have Solar. If you drive an electric car and charge a lot we may have to figure something out if it runs up the bill. Other than that I’m pretty laid back and hope you will be,
