This Is a one room it's considered a spacious single room with closet and a ceiling fan comes with twin size bed, it has many drawers to put your clothes and hangers to hang your clothes..
Clean linens and a new pillow..
No private bathroom, shared bathroom
But keep in mind it's clean and stays clean
I'll make sure it's clean to use..
If your looking to go out to eat that's ok..
If you need to wash clothes,
We have a washer/dryer outside in the back to use..
Keep in mind this room don't have Internet or cable or TV ..Use your phones for movies or Netflix on your phone App
If you decide to leave, give us Two weeks in advance.
You'll be given a copy of the keys to get in..
There is no curfew times, you can come as late as you want.. No visitors
If you got a small dog that you want to bring with you, I'll allow it because I have a small dog too.. you can take your dog for walks outside.. Trash I have two black bins outside in the back for your trash..
Yes you can eat in your own room, if your ordering Delivery..
You can eat at the dinner table if you want..
Buy your food separately from others and be respectful.. if smoke cigarettes that's fine
Outside in the back is a smoking area
Alcohol is ok but just drink in your own room.. Or you can always go out to downtown they have plenty Casinos and bars 10 minutes walk from here.. or 4 minutes drive if you have a car..
No drugs allowed in the room
Rent must be on time, no exceptions
If your collecting Social security that's acceptable, if your a local you must be working one job either it's part time or full-time.. but you must afford $650 a month

Kitchen is offered if your cooking your own..
There should be utensils, dishes, and pot and pans to use, just be clean and wash your dishes.. It's ok to let your dog out in the back sometimes if it needs outdoor weather..
