Private room w/ bathroom, own entrance

This is a quiet residential neighborhood and dead-end street. The house has no pets and is kept clean inside and out. The room is currently furnished, but can be cleared if necessary. It has its own bathroom / shower and access to patio / backyard with a sliding glass door. Kitchen / dining room / living room / sunroom are shared space. A small storage is allowed in the attic. The room does not contain a closet but has plenty of space to add a portable. There is a side entrance into the sun room with direct access to the laundry room and door to the bedroom. There is a washer and dryer for use. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. I prefer a mature, professional person and tidy person with references. There is street parking and a space in the driveway. The garage is not accessible for parking. Its a great location in Brick, only a 2 minute drive to both garden state parkway north and south access. Its a 15 minute drive to Point Pleasant beach. I am a clean and holistic person with a full time job and an 11 year old son that is here part time. No drugs or parties. I ask that you be respectful, honest and courteous and we will get along fine. Gas / Electric / Sewer / Water and Internet will be split evenly. That usually works out to about $200 extra each month.
