Couple looking for a roommate.
New lease starts August 1st so we need someone by then at the latest.
Photos are a little old but it's still the same apartment unit.
Rent is 1151. Utilities except for electric and WiFi included. Half of the utilities come up to 75 on average per month.
Male of the couple is a smoker but we have an air purifier and put a towel under the door. He is disabled and doesn't currently have an income but rent will be split 3 ways once he does (were still working out his benefits he was just recently disabled). Female (me) works full time from 7:30 to 4:30. No cats (allergy).
Private 10x10 room with a shared bathroom. Couples welcome. Overall looking for someone courteous, kind, and just generally pleasant. Have had bad luck with roommates so far so hopefully you're our dose of good luck. Dm me for details!
