Private room with ensuite in the heart of downtown

Hi Guys,

I am moving out of a spatious double room and en suite located on 1st and Washington and it will be available for rent from July 21st.

The room comes unfurnished except for wardrobe that I was intending to leave behind if you are interested in it.

There is a large shared living room with a 60 inch TV and the kitchen is fitted with all the usual appliances and utensils so you will not need to bring much with you! Washer/Dryer is also in unit.

My current housemates are all friendly and tidy professionals between the ages of 27 and 34. During the week, things are pretty chilled and we will watch sports/TV and grab the occasional beer or food over the weekend.

The apartment is on the first floor above a doctors office (so its not too loud) and a 5 minute walk from the PATH station for an easy commute into Manhattan.

Rent is 1,452 a month and you would be taking over my part of the current lease which runs until end of June 25.

Utilities are around 50 a month.
No broker fee.
Deposit is 1,300
