It’s 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom house that’s located in Englewood East Hill. The monthly rent for the room is $1000 with $1000 deposit. This room has an electric standing desk.
The kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room are shared. Washer & Dryer in the basement. Utilities and WiFi are included. There's a fancy water purifier in the kitchen (you don't have to buy bottled water anymore!). We have a driveway, but 2 cars are already using it. It would be hard to arrange 3 cars in a row. Please do not contact if you need a parking space.
