Apartment is located in downtown Manchester and a 2-3 minute walk from several restaurants, bars, parks, gyms, and shops.

I would like a clean & courteous roommate to take the second bedroom. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. No gender preference, but you must be employed full time and able to pass a background check. I do have a sweet house-trained shepherd mix, so you must be okay with having a dog around.

I'm a 30 year old woman working remotely, so I would prefer a roommate who works out of the house. I am clean, quiet, and easy going. I like my home to be peaceful and a place for calm enjoyment. If you're looking for the same, chances are we'll get along fine.

First month's rent & security deposit due prior to move-in. Utilities are not included. Utilities typically run $150 per month.
