Roommate for master bedroom

You will be staying in the master bedroom. You will have your own private balcony and bathroom as well as 2 large walk-in closets. We have a large bonus room on the ground floor used as a common area, mainly used for gaming and therapy sessions. The house has 2 half baths. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It has a community pool. The neighborhood has limited parking but our driveway can park 2 cars (one spot already taken by one of the current tenants). You will need a car to get around the area, no close-by public transportation.
Currents tenants: 2 female best friends and one dog, so you have to be okay with dogs (she's well trained). We're very job focused and spend most nights indoors.
