Large bedroom w/Bath in 1st ward (Uptown)

A large bedroom is available for 8/1 move-in. It's in a nice building with a private parking space if needed. The updated condo is on the first floor (No stairs!) and has access to its own bathroom. We will share the living room, kitchen, and washer and dryer (Located in the bathroom). The property has all the amenities needed- a dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer. I have pets, so the roommate must be pet-friendly. One friendly pet is welcome (please ask for details). The living space is updated with 12-foot ceilings, granite counters, and hardwood flooring. And a small balcony. The bedroom has a large closet and an additional hall/linen closet just for you. The room is approximately 12x13. Wifi, water, and basic cable are included. We will share /split the electric bill.

Now, about me. I'm a 66-year-old female who works full-time. I enjoy yoga (daily), working out, taking care of my pets, dining, spending time with my family at their home, and keeping my home clean and smelling good at all times.

I am looking for a single, non-smoker, pet-friendly, responsible person who likes to live in a clean place they can call home and would like to be within walking distance to the light rail, bust stations, Spectrum Center, breweries, a wine garden, and all the center city in Uptown has to offer.
